We are happy to consult with you prior to the finalization of your architectural details. We access historical costs per square-foot data for a variety of new construction and remodel projects, and perform product research to assist in developing an accurate project budget.

New Residential Construction and Remodeling

Holmes Construction manages all aspects of your large-scale residential construction. We engage and collaborate with premier local subcontractors and provide full-time onsite supervision. Our extensive understanding of and experience with ‘green’ building practices includes photo voltaic and radiant heating systems, and our skilled finish carpenters provide bespoke woodworking solutions. Your project coordinator is always available for any of your pre-and post-construction needs.
